All items are made to order we do not have anything pre made. This way it is allowing you to fully personalise your items any way you would like, I aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 7 working days, although this is normally a lot sooner. Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised item. Please double check all spelling on personalised orders as if there is a spelling error I will not offer a refund or replacement unless the error is mine.
